Students learn about blind spots

Absolutely! It's nice to see some taking the initiative to do this.

This should be mandatory in all 50 states, 10 provinces and 3 territories....

 

Totally agree. And i would require everyone who gets a permit, license or a renewal, to watch a 15 minute video on how to merge on interstates with big trucks around.

 

So many of us agree this is a wonderful idea, why not get a group of drivers together from within our communities, contact our local schools and hold a event like this once a tri-mester or quarter. I even bet some retired drivers and local companies would donate time and equipment. You could even invite their parents to hop into the seat. I'm a new driver but I think this is one way I could be active in my community while promoting safety. Thanks so much for sharing this!
