Michelin does have off-road tyres for higher speeds. As you will know, Michelin has four categories of off-road tyres. Universal off-road tyres, tyres for use on roads, sand and tracks, tyres for use in sand, and tyres for use in mud. The second category is meant for high speeds, speed index J to L ( 100 to 120 km/h ), in some cases with reduced load capacity.
