Does anybody knows the thick hose from top right corner(passenger side) of the radiator going to the engine, what is it called?

Yes, there is a coolant leak at the point where it connects to the engine, leak is not much but some drops are there and the coolant in the reservoir keeps on rising. What could be the reason?

Rising after driving a while? if so it is probably just the thermal expansion of the coolant

Did you try to tighten clamp? The tank is an expansion tank. As stated it’s normal for antifreeze to expand when hot
