That is your choice, I respect it.
I will say that you will never see statistics contradicting the ones you use, they are just not kept, nor talked about.

 

Just like every other statistic, survey, pole. Always adjusted for desired out come.

Nobody is telling you not wear one.

I'm pretty sure they were merely saying every statistic saying seatbelts are better is wrong because it disagrees with them.

But this guy has it out for me. I figure accusing me of calling someone a liar is his way of booting off here.

 

Not at all, that would be a one sided view, now wouldn't it. What I mean is there has never and never will be any statistics kept or published on those that died or was injured because of a seat belt.
I am sure that wearing them is safer as far as numbers go, but it also works the other way, no one will never know how often. period.

 

Are people really trying to argue that seatbelts aren't safer than not wearing seatbelts?

 

Not at all, just that I should be able to choose to wear or not.
