Fuel scam

The OP was preaching to the choir. That wasn't anything unusual but insulting the forum and the staff won't be condoned.

i personally have no dog in this fight being retired.

as a company driver at some employers i had a fuel card and was told to "try" to find the cheapest fuel

at other employers i had to go to specific fuel stops...(i hated that)

my last employer, we had onsite fueling.

 

Yep...claims to have proof but wont say what it is nor post it...obviously a troll..

 

A rebate is nothing more than a volume discount. If you only buy one widget a month then you pay full price. If you buy a thousand widgets a month then you have leverage to negotiate for a lower price.

Here’s what some people do: They negotiate a discounted price for buying five thousand widgets and then go on to sell those widgets individually at full retail price and pocket the difference. Walmart is really good at that.

 

So basically these companies that advertise at about a dollar a mile and you only pay a dollar per gallon for fuel means you're actually paying full price for the fuel and you're probably paying the money to do so?

 

sorta like OJ Simpson knew who the real killer was..and never told us.

 

Either provide and post the documented information you have or go away.... Because if You don't it proves you're just a troll

 

Highly unlikely. I'm sure he(or she, as it may be) has the system figured out, and takes full advantage of the companies misfortunes….
