-
margarita's in W memphis? that place is great!
-
hadnt been to that one.I think the one he was asking about or refering to was the one in downtown van buren
-
never ventured too far from the terminal in VB.
the one in W. memphis is only 200 yrds out the gate LOL -
Well the flip side of that is, If I'm hungry when I leave the terminal, I'll be hungry by the time I get back. Hahahaha
-
Then the company and the eateries are in a conspiracy. You drive more to walk more in order to eat more and it becomes a vicious cycle-
-
how are the loads for usa

Pretty good for me, I seem to get about 3 a week. Listening to other drivers I seem to be doing pretty good, though.
I don't know if what's going on anymore with this economy, I can't tell if being poor is good because people are in debt. Or if it's better to work for a failing company because you'll get a bailout.
All I know, is I have cash in my pocket and the checks are clearing (for now) -
Oh and on the subject of eating out of terminals Ray's BBQ in W.Memphis is freakin' RELIGION! Awsome BBQ by the man himself.
I found a few spots in Roanoke VA too. (about 15 minutes from the term) Cuba Pete's, has an awsome havana-decor, great for a warm afternoon. And Mohegan Sun in CT = best truckstop on the east coast. Park in the bus lot (they let trucks hang there over night) and the Casino is open 24-7 with shuttle service to the parking lot.
They have so many cool eats in there. And some day I'm gonna make more money in black jack than I do on the load I'm waiting on.
