It's not so much to agree or to disagree. The issue is unless you are sitting beside someone or have direct knowledge of that person, you simply can't be sure whom it is you are communicating with. This has been a problem for almost the last 20 years. I have run and helped manage websites for years. That old Reagan adage trust but verify don't work on the internet. It is to stay cynical till you verify!
One more point and I'm done with this subject. I gave the OP the information asked for in my post #4 RIGHT from the OFFICIAL FMCSA medical examiners handbook AND linked to the handbook. This is the correct information regardless of what this person has stated!
