Doubt they will take him. Company isn’t too picky but they’re not going to recruit an insurance claim waiting to happen.

 

It's more common than you can believe in China. Where I live sometime, two children were run over and killed when the parent & grandparent were staring at their phone while walking and had no idea the children had walked into traffic until someone yelled at them after the child was hit. The immediately tried to blame the car drivers until security cameras showed the truth.

 

Some small box truck and courier companies only check MVR report and not DAC.
Some probably don't even check MVR report and couldn't care less about it.
A driver can have a horrible driving record with a trucking company, but if it's not on his MVR, all he has to do is shop around for companies that don't use DAC.

 

Did you never learn the 3 right turns trick, or its identical cousin 3 left turns? Known aliases include the likes of Go Around The Block and Next Exit To Previous Exit

 

These guys are coming down on you hard because you really did make a mess of it. We have all made mistakes and have gained experience from every one of them.
Get copies of your mvr, dac and psp. Contact the companies @Chinatown and the others suggested and don't talk about any incidents that are not listed. For those that are listed, try to impress on prospective employer that you were really really new and how you have learned better and display a great attitude with a pinch of contrition.
Finally don't get desperate and take a job that will mess you up even worse. You don't have to love your next job but Hold out for something you won't hate.

 

I say this with all kindness. If you do not understand WHY U-turns are dangerous in a motor vehicle, let alone a in a SEMI TRUCK.... on MULTIPLE occasions, you seriously have NO business behind the wheel of a ANY motor vehicle at all.

Best go find another line of work. Seriously. Perhaps driving a Forklift.
