Dealt with one of the bigger liars today in my 2 years.

Agent code is RZG.

Even customer service sided with me wholly.

Started last night at 2200. Phone starts blowing up about a load truck 2 is picking up this morning.

I think the agent forgot to have trailer loaded.

0400 my phone is just blowing up, got to get to shipper ( now I know this shipper ), need live load.

That's fine but he has to finish his unload then get there.

Anyway, long story short, dude seriously lied through his teeth, to me and CS at the same time, kept hanging up on them lol, very bad choices.

So got truck 2 on another load, and they have a laundry list of things they are hitting this guy with.

5 hours of BS, because as usual, somebody didn't do there job.

I rarely mention dirt bags by name, and I, we, work through a lot of BS sometimes, but this guy is in the never again pile.

I didn't realize those $1800 trip advances weren't free. I thought they just gave you that money as an added perk.
