Coffee, Powerade, water. If I eat, I would want to pull over and take a nap, LOL

I can’t eat while I’m working. If I do I get a pretty good case of heartburn/ indigestion. I keep a couple of protein bars if I happen to get shaky, but 99% of the time I just drink a lot of water and sometimes a rockstar through the day.
I eat good at home before I go to bed, heavy on the protein and carbs. I bring stuff from home to reheat/eat on my layover, and a couple of yogurts to start my second day. As much as I like to eat junk, it hurts me at work.
    Every body is different.

I follow a ketogenic diet, and don't eat much of anything through out the day while I work. Something fatty, cheese, fatty meats, maybe, but no carbs. That just starts a cycle of energy spikes and crashes.

42000 lbs some days without eating anything, just water and black coffee.

It all depends on my mood, how far I'm driving and how much stuff is on the truck. Coffee and water are my every days. Apples and bananas are good. Some times I just grab a breakfast sammich or a roller dog. If I'm at a Jimmy John's I might grab a veggie sub, bag of chips or a cookie. Anything is better than nothing. Best of luck.

I would pack a sandwich and 4 bottles of water to get me through the day, then have a big dinner right when I got home. Depending on the day, I would also get fed a variety of things by some customers.

It's pidgin English, genius. If you're going to talk smack about people's intelligence, you may want to check yourself first

The autocorrect did not come up with the pidgin. So it's the failure of the machine, I let it go. If you understood me, then I have success. Now as far as the talking smack... let's see what can be possible to do that shall we? It's not often that I am tempted. It's not good.

I don't eat anything until I get home, I don't have time to eat and then look for a toilet or something easier not to, I can make it all day have no choice.

Figure your body is like a battery, everyday you wake up usually fully charged and then as the day goes on your energy level depelts there isn't much you can do, but get a good nights sleep, which is something I also struggle with at times.
