I need to figure out all the specifics, like how many hours you're allowed to drive vs how many you're allowed to be at "work". I know when folks show up at my terminal my dispatch will call out to me hey I need a hook for a driver that's here now.. am I eating up his time while he's waiting for me to hook his set or is he basically just sitting for free
