Wally Cash trucking crooks

This is a terrible company. Stay far away. We performed a service on one of their trucks and they did not pay us. Let alone returned or answered any calls. Crooks. Beware all.

 

We should have impounded it. We needed to source a part to fix. Never even answered the phone for our estimate. It didnt run so they must have towed it to avoid paying us. We dont do repairs without authorization. We are an honest company so it is hard to protect ourselves from thieves and fly by night trucking companies that take advantage of people

 

That's correct . We allow people to pay with their preferred payments. We had a credit card to secure call. And they wanted to use a different form at the end. We were to call Wally for payment. He never answered or returned our calls. Credit card was declined. We ran it too late which was our fault cause when we went to impound truck it was gone. After this we have made some changes to our process. In turn this will affect other companies looking for repairs on the road. One bad apple you know. I regret now that we were so easily taken. We are in the business of helping people with their trucks. We have notified CSP because they come through here.

 

I appreciate it man. Just want others to not have to go through this. Things are hard enough as it is!
