We had the same problem with our Coronado. Dealer agreed to replace the parts under warranty, ordered the parts for both sides and when they came in they were both right (passenger) side panels. They re-ordered the left side panel and to our knowledge it has never come in. We swapped it out for a 2009 Volvo a year ago and the part was on order for over a year before that. Talked to the guy who has that truck now and he says they still haven't been able to get the part -- I think they just don't want to eat the warranty work. Glad we're out of that truck -- drove great -- when it was driving, but were in and out of the shop constantly with it. Freightliner had one of the friendliest, easiest to use and technically advanced emergency service sites I've ever seen -- there's a real red flag when a company spends so much on such an advanced repair site -- it gets alot of use. One time, the fan fell off while driving down the road. Heard a noise and co-driver woke up and said "What did you hit?" I told him I didn't hit anything -- there was nothing in the road. Just then the engine protect light came on and it shut down. Opened the hood and there was what was left of the fan -- sticking out of the radiator. Got a 5 day, unpaid vacation in Denver for that one -- then there was 9 days in California, can't count how many days in Amarillo... Needless to say we couldn't maintain a steady paycheck because just when we caught up with the bills, it went back in the shop. When fuel got to $4 a gallon, we gave up and went in the Volvo. In the Coronado, we were lucky to get 5.5 mpg -- Volvo's getting 6.8 mpg and has lots more room inside. Never drive a Freightliner again -- now I know why they're referred to as Freightshakers. Hope you have better luck with yours than we had with ours.

    Bandit3999 Thanks this.
