Volvo A/C issue, blows cool on low-speed hot on high speed

    I have a couple of my Volvo’s doing strange things in the heat, if the fav is set to medium speed the blow coolish air (both been re gassed) but if you put them on high fan speed blow hot air...

    Driving me nuts, can’t work out what would cause it to change. I’ve looped out the heater core to see if that helps and no change

    Have u looked at your mixer doors? Possible weak seal or loose linkage letting hot air in on high but strong enough to seal on med. If not that check cabin air filters? Does it blow hot on recirc as well?

    Thanks these are day cabs, so I assume the blend door must be located in the blower motor a/c unit area under the dash?
