“SPRINGFIELD — Lawyers for one of the survivors of the tragic motorcycle crash in Randolph in which seven died filed suit in a Massachusetts court seeking nearly half a million dollars in damages.”

The lawsuit is going after both the driver and his employer.

 

it was an obvious thing to happen, just when it was going to begin..

there WILL BE MORE, especially from the next of kin of the dead.

i hope this will permanently BURY the driver and hos half arsed employer.

 

Also, could they not sue ICE? I know suing the government is tricky, but by all accounts it looks like ICE should have revoked his visa long before this happened.

 

i am not sure ICE was even aware of this crackhead?

if so, i can't explain why not sooner.

i do know, it was in the news, the govna of MA is really ticked at the RMV, and from what i gather, many suspension notices were in "storage"..for what ever reason...now aproxamately 5,000 suspension notices are being mailed out....

If not they should have been thanks to a previous conviction he had. Like I said I dunno how realistic it would be to sue.
No matter what the system broke down in this case and needs to be fixed so it doesn't happen again.

 

i won't forget what the toyota service manager told me one time, when i had repeatedly complained about his mechanic's lack of knowledge popping on a hub cap..he said to me...."i'm only as good as our last company meeting"..

oh, it'll happen again, this i am sure of...if NOT up here in NH, maybe New Mexico, CA, GA, where ever.

if these asinine states DO NOT FOLLOW the CDLIS rules and report like they are supposed to, many more will die.

 

from what i gather in this map, ALL STATES participate in the CDLIS

so why the lack of communications between states..??
