Yeah some of the OTR and regional drivers don't wave either, but I don't think I have *ever* had a daycab driver wave back.
Also if you pass a Millis truck and he throws up the metal horns instead of a normal wave, that's probably me

Nice, Peggi got back to me, my job history is acceptable and now I'm getting ready for the August 5 class at Richfield.
Farmer54, JOHNQPUBLIC, RS730 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Good luck, I'm starting in Trenton July 22nd. Just looked at the area around the hotel on Google, there's a Chipotle right across the street, I'm gonna be a bag of 3 soft tacos by the time school is over with lol

Wow, this has been a mutha (insert your own word) of a week. Hometime in Richfield for a couple Dr appts. Learned day before yesterday, my long time motorcycle riding buddy of 25 years shot himself in the head. Chuck and I talked about everything, or so I thought. I ####### out and cried most of yesterday sittin’ in my truck. Can’t remember the last time I cried like a little boy. Still sad this morning but the shower and coffe made me feel better.
Got a load dropped here in Richfield to Saratoga Springs. That made me smile.
######### Chuck, why did you do that?

There isn't always a rational reason. "Mental health issues" is a term folks love to throw around when it comes to suicide and I can tell you with absolute certainty that mental issues are not the only reason. I feel like I'm pretty well put together in my head. Yup, I run my mouth too much. Yup, I'm abrasive. Yup, I rant too much. But it isn't a mental disorder, I'm just a dick. I have come extremely close to voluntarily leaving this earth twice. Sometimes, man, #### just seems stacked too high against you to climb over. I have no idea what stopped me the last time. It wasn't a spark of inspiration or thoughts of family/friends or whatever. I just walked away. Who knows. But PLEASE, all of you, write this number down and store it in your phone. If you know someone on the edge, it's a split chance if you'll save them. Wouldn't have saved me, but they have helped a truckload of people. If someone honestly wants to go you won't even know it, it'll just happen. They don't want help. But if they talk about it chances are real good that intervention will help. Save a life and call. If you don't, you'll look back and know you might have changed things. Guilt and regret are the heaviest pieces of luggage you'll ever carry.

Sorry for your loss.
The answer to that question went to the grave with him, I’m afraid.
Come close to it a time or three myself. I could go into why, but chances are it wouldn’t help you understand your friend’s reasons, since everybody’s head is different.
God speed.Farmer54, dwells40 and Steelersjunkie Thank this. -
Saw my first Millis truck in action today. About noon or so at the stoplight with the i-894 ramps at Greenfield Ave in West Allis. My parents say they have seen a ton since I mentioned it, red van syndrome or whatever, but I haven't seen any until today.
Steelersjunkie Thanks this.
