Have 24 winches, 12 per side. Sometimes I could use about 8 more.

Not sure what you are saying. I count 11 straps on one picture 17 straps on another.

Doubtful. But lets say it is. If you are paying the bill which would you rather pay? The labor cost of a driver throwing 30 straps or the prevailing wage of a laborer to hook a chain to each pallet plus the prevailing wage of an equipment operator?stwik Thanks this.
