    I don’t have a contract, I signed company driver paperwork. I’m leaving Tuesday to go to another company closer to home. Does anyone know a good lawyer?

    Good luck with trying to get money from that company especially if there Russian out of Chicago. Been there done that, so you learned the hard way and took one for the team. Just bring their truck back to the yard and cut your ties.

    Read through this site in the report a bad company section... 99.9% of the foreign owned Chicago area companies are nothing but shady scams... I wouldn't bring them the truck back. I'd tell them to come pick it up.

    No... They dont even use DAC. They are a scam. Call OOIDA on Monday, they will tell you they are a scam.

    OOIDA is the Owner Operator Independent Driver Association located in Grain Valley, Missouri

    10 I am really appreciate the help everyone. I have 2 kids one on the way and this company was worse than what I left it for. I was hauling heavy for utility construction back home and that was slow due to all the weather we’ve had this year. Came back otr to make some money and ended up in a hole. ‍♂️

    Ya sorry to hear that. These 1099 foreign owned Chicago companies having been driving the trucking industry into the ground the past few years... Its beyond out of hand...
