DAC reports? Please help...

Not to sure on that myself, but i would say no. Due to you never signed any paper's, maybe they can put a little something down, but i can't see them putting anything that can hurt you. I might be wrong tho

 

I left US Express after waiting 3 weeks for a trainer to never show up, and nothing on my DAC..

 

If you never accepted a load or got paid or got a truck there sould be nothing. Orientation normally looses a few drivers ever week with most companys.

 

I think DAC reports are over rated. The truth is that when a company needs drivers they want them right away, and if your state driving record has only a few minor tickets and no DUIs, you're hired!!!

 

I know I went to orientation at Werner and left after the first day and never went back and it shows up om my DAC. I guess it all just depends on the company.

 

Theire shouldnt be anything on youre DAC if you didnt get some sort of employee number or sign all the papers. I would get a copy of youre DAC just to make sure that way if they did put something on youre DAC you can take care of it right away.

 

WRONG. I was turned down by several companies before I was finally sent a copy of my DAC and found that a company I had never even heard of let alone worked for had put in my report that I had quit and wasn t eligable for rehire. I spent two months fighting a dispute to have it removed. So it s my exp that it s taken very seriously.

 

How would one obtain a copy of their DAC?
