Yea it's been determined the Illinois hike is a SALES TAX. Therefore no credit to IFTA. No reason to purchase IL fuel at all now.

Well now they just torpedoed their own businesses. I can't imagine trucking companies will continue to buy high priced fuel in IL when you can go to IN and get 48 cents of IFTA credit for the same price at the pump. Idiots.Bean Jr. Thanks this.

It was just a few years ago Illinois increased a business tax or cost of truck plates. So the state lost a bunch of businesses moving offices to Indiana and Wisconsin.
