When I see a TA truck my first thought isnt usually that the driver might be smart enough to build a bomb.

 

He missed his turn. Wasn't allowed to make a u turn. So he parked the truck and quit.

What would be hilarious is if his clock ran out right there. "Sorry, can't drive any further. Hey, I don't make the rules."

 

Went in for a parking ticket, by the time he got out his 70 had expired.
