Forgot to mention I’m using a Legacy Low seat slid all the way back and aired down (because that’s what the cool kids do)...
I'm 6 foot 7, whats the best truck for me?

I think seat choice makes a huge difference. I was in a spare of ours. Exact same model as my daily driver and it had a cheaper seat and couldn't get comfortable. The Sears seat went back further and was as comfortable as my recliner at home.Banker, Feedman, shogun and 1 other person Thank this.

To be truly cool you have to be back so far in your chromed out ride that nobody sees you when they pass you and it looks like a driverless truck lol. Sounds like about what you got.
Unfortunately my seat is as far back and low as it goes and you can still see me through my very uncool clear windows. Ah well maybe someday....FlaSwampRat, BigBob410 and Tall Mike Thank this. -
Get a custom sleeper and sleep long ways? Lol
@Tall Mike , 6’8”?!?! Holy crap!!! My 6’3” doesn’t feel so tall anymore. If trucking ever gets boring you could start a tree trimming business...........without a ladder.Dino soar, FlaSwampRat, BigBob410 and 2 others Thank this. -
I would definitely recommend AGAINST a Mack Pinnacle. Out of all the trucks I've driven (Peterbilt narrow and wide cab, Kenworth narrow and wide cab, Freightliner Cascadia) it is by far the most cramped of all truck cabs.

International....lots of room

Freightliners seem to be designed for the 5 to 5-1/2 foot tall, 350+ pound drivers...EXCESSIVELY wide, but with zero space to stretch out your legs. I've never been able to get comfortable in Centuries, Columbias, or Cascadias. Feels like I'm stretching to rest my arm on the window sill, steering wheel is ridiculously far away for the angle I prefer the wheel to be at (it's a truck, not a car) and again, can't stretch my legs.
My Mack CH, despite being a day cab, I can fully extend my legs...and at 6'2" and a 36" inseam, it's impressive. Even the R model Mack I drive on occasion has room enough to stretch my legs out straight. Unless they've made significant changes to the cab, I find it hard to believe you find it "cramped".OldeSkool Thanks this. -
You can get a pass if we can see your shifter 3" from the roof.OldeSkool Thanks this.
