I was in NY on I-84 got to tired to drive and pulled off on the shoulder as far as I could. About 2 hrs later a NY statie was told me to move to a ramp cause it wasn't safe to park there. Asked him why and he said there is a prison near by,so I moved ,but don't recall seeing any no parking signs until after that incadent
