I don't want ANY driver out here on the road, who is a user of an illegal substance...period. I have loved ones that use those highways out there, and if a guy is using amphetamines, he's a murderer just waiting for a victim.

This guy doesn't DESERVE to have a job, at least not one driving an 80,000 pound bullet.
