Choosing between 3, which ELD should I pick? Keep Truckin, DriveELD, or BigRoad?

I have no experience with any of the 3. My company uses VDO Roadlog and they seem to do the trick.

I use KeepTruckin' and, although I hate the whole elog thing, if I have to have it, KeepTruckin' seems to be the top of the heap. It works well for me. I played with BigRoad in the beginning, but I like KeepTruckin' better.

 

I've used BigRoad for a year, one issue and they sent a replacement cable over night. Highly recommend.

Tried Keep Truckin and it was one issue after another. Horrible customer service. Think they outsourced tech support to India since then. They are a tech firm with little clue about trucking, they want your tracking data to sell you broker/load services.

 

Hmmm... I've been using KeepTruckin' since this crap was forced on us and I haven't noticed anything you listed.
