It's your money. You can use any reason, or no reason, that you like. I prefer to tip the shower cleaners instead of panhandlers. It's better to Reward someone for their work than train someone to beg.

I will not give anyone cash money. I have bought meals for people that were obviously down and out.

True Story..... 11-4-06 i pulled up to the pilot at Douglasville, Ga. Put diesel in my truck. As i walked into the pilot a guy dressed in old school camo asked me for $20 to get something to eat. Said he was a vet. I told him i didn't have any cash on me. Which was not a lie. As i paid for my diesel and got my snacks. I thought,,, what if he is a vet? So as i walked out the door i saw him still standing there. So i said "i don't have any cash but if your really hungry? Come back in and i will buy you a cpl hit dogs, a coke and a bag of chips." His response was "i like to eat at the waffle house." So i said "well you must not be to #### hungry?" Then i told him my thoughts on impersonating a veteran and that i wasn't going to give him $20 so he could go buy drugs or alcohol.

This panhandling crap has gotten way out of hand. I understand truck stops and other business'es can't control everything that goes on but alot of em don't even try.

Stealing valor is punishable by a gang of 12 vets dancing on your knee caps.

There is a certain amount of money directed each month budget that goes out to very specific situations we know very much about and get feedback and so on. A form of warfare. We learn what happens to that money.

Ex chooses as I did for tithing in our church, unfortunately its had a split and must end operations once the holdings family (Owners) run out of resources to keep it moving. But in the meantime... that's what it is.

The hardening part came slowly to me over the years, but finally in the last oh.. 5 years of trucking very little was given away. Now if you heard say a family with a Kentucky accent deep in Iowa for instance wondering about the card declines and 3 kids in the car... well... ahem... we'll see.
