Pieces of hood, grill, axles ect.......
Just drive the I-5 corridor......you'll see plenty of hits and near misses from all of those steering wheel holders.....:biggrin_25526:

Well then we're talking about a crash, i tought you were talking about somebody cutting somebody off and rocks hitting you windshield or something. But yeah did you miss the part in my 1st post on this thread where i said "mind you own business unless it's affecting you somehow" you know what i'm saying?

Especially NORTH on I-5, climbing the Grapevine, all the trucks jockeying for position at 25-35 mph. Then the jam up going down the 35mph zone to get to the bottom...now lets deal with the crazy Bay to LA crowd pushing the 62 so they can get to San Jose just 15-20 minutes sooner....by seeing if they can get away with 65+ before smokey shows up.

IDIOTS...IDIOTS...now toss in the 4 wheelers cruising along at 80...AIN'T LIFE GRAND?

"You drive yours, and I'll drive mine! Mind your own business!"

The typical angry responses (if you get one) from a driver who is offending other motorists with their aggresive, or otherwise unsafe driving.
Does it actually do any good to call a company? Unfortunately, I would imagine most 'complaints' that are called in, are just tossed in the good old waste basket.
They'll take your complaint, and may never actually say anything to the driver.
If they do, they'll just tell the driver to 'be safe out there, ok?'

For obvious dangerous driving, 911 is the way to go. If not, you have to ask, "would it actually do any good?"

Though I'm somewhat cynical and agree with CURTWAYNE that your complaints are likely falling on deaf ears, I applaud you for trying to correct problems, increase safety on the roads and improve the truckers' image.

Also, kudos to DieselBear. I've en joyed reading this and your other posts. It's good to see a LEO doing some good out there.

Almost called 911 yesterday on a couple of bullhaulers. Driving recklessly, cutting off 4 wheelers, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic. But my friend was driving and she apparently thought that speeding up to the trucks and flipping them off would solve the problem.:biggrin_25512:

if everybody just worried more about there own driving and not everybody else it would be alot better every driver has done something unsafe why driving its not something we want to do it just happens and talking on the phone is just as bad as talking on the cb

So i guess i should call 911 on every 4 wheeler that tailgates me, since there is no company to call. I'm not sure i could affored my phone bill if i did that.
