Is this the run where you load on the scale till you get as close to gross weight as possible at the recycle place in Phoenix? I did that run, but I got a load of rolls to Dallas afterwards.

 

yes. Richard needs his trucks to come back to Phoenix, the trucks are slip seated. I believe his primary customer is this paper run and he uses the other regional stuff to fill the gaps.

 

That explains a couple of things. He has more drivers than he has trucks according to FMCSA.
