It still amazes me that this day in age with a tiny computer in everyone's hand that most drivers dont research companies before joining. It's very easy to find previous drivers of any company online complaining about what they didnt like.

Nowadays if you end up in a #### company... it's your fault for not doing your homework.

People need to wake up and take charge and responsibility for where they are in life.. or atleast think about taking charge... if they have the ability...
