60+ CPM THE NEW STANDARD?

3000 miles a week at .65 cpm mile would be $1950.00.... have to be OTR for that. probably a bit more specialized.... does not include accessorials. ( spell check that word )

 

No need to spell check lol, I knew what ya meant. 3000 miles is a lot isn't it? From what I've read on here that's best case scenario. It would be nice if they would (could) keep all the otr guys running that much, maybe more people would take pride in what they do

 

From what I have experienced, If a driver, ( myself included ) "Desires" or "wants" to be on the road...aka OTR... The miles are there... IF, a driver desires to be home weekly/on weekends.... no so much, as your dispatcher has to keep you in a Region/ Regional.
Regional pays less cpm as well....At least in Glass or even FB OTR..... OTR inn Glass has an extremely higher avg mile per load vs a regional driver....so less Loading/unloading time...etc.....

 

That sounds like a good gig yet everyone drags a reefer and #####es about it lol.

STANDARDS.... I've noticed the longer I stay out on the road, the worse my spelling becomes.... probably my language as well........

 

I found a place willing to sell fuel for $0.20 a gallon if you're willing to pay in coins made prior to 1964. That should be a pretty good indicator of how much our currency has been devalued over the years.
