Yeah, thats the skinny of it. A drivers time is unimportant unless its costing the company money. How about their layover policy for example. Layover is paid after 2 full days.
No problem though, Im moving on ASAP(1 month or so). GTS took me when I was jammed up, and Im appreciative, but I dont see a future at this company. For all the vets at GTS, Id like to know how you tolerate it.

From what I've gathered, you need to get in tight with a DM, and get put on a dedicated run. I hear that's hard to accomplish there though.

sw18576, either your family or married to someone who works there or you do work there. you have way to much insider info and you keep saying your not defending them but you call every post that anyone puts on here that is not, in your eyes good, its mudslinging. i remember a message going out over the qc back in july last year saying the for the first time since like 2005 it think, that gainey has earned the right to have a 0 safe stat score, that was a full blown lie. D.O.T showed me thier score the night before when i got pulled in for a level 1, 99 was the score. do they think that drivers dont know that they can look up any companies safestat score on line. its open to the public to view at anytime. i will say this, i do drive for the company that hold the lowest safe stat in the nation, we have gone back and forth with walmart for the last 5 yrs or more. when gainey gets thiers honestly down to 24 or lower, then you and gainey have a pot to piss in.
