    Post accident tests in non fatal accidents are only required if you receive a citation. @ad356 still hasn't said whether the police or his company required him to test.

    i am using all sorts of different ways to word, when was drug testing enacted

    cant find squat just yet.

    i recall being tested in 1992, at one particular job, that's when the CDL started. i can't recall other jobs right now prior to that 1992...cuz i had to go to ohio for orientation
