Yes. In my city there are areas where every property has a three foot easement in the front.

 

yeah, and the homeowner cannot do squat.. as when a person buys the house, that's in the disclosure one signs.

but they do reset your fences, stone wall, whatever..i have seen that done. and i am pretty sure the homeowner pays "zip"....

 

The man takes pride in his lawn and whatever easements there are they could have moved the pickup.
And learn how to hold a phone when you take a video.
That’s embarrassing showing the whole world that narrow strip of video.

But then this is a trucking forum where most members throw their pee bottles and Walmart bags full of crap out in the middle of the parking lot.

 

Why would we be defending the nutcase hitting a truck working on the road with a hammer because there's a slight indent in "his" grass?

 

Because we didn’t see what they did to the old man that caused him to walk inside and get the hammer.

A kid I hung out with in high school is probably like the old man in the video already. He was 17 when he cut the neighbor's tree straight up the middle because it hung over his mom's property.

Neighbors called the cops... cops said sorry, nothing we can do, technically the tree WAS hanging over the property line. Bill's mom did tear him a new ### when she got home from work though. Lol
