Also, the Kraft fleet is getting paid address to address. Rick Roehls plan is to tentatively pay all fleets this way but the test fleet right now is the fleet I'm on which is Kraft.

Roehl is actually a pretty funny situation ... felt like I was on a Sienfeld sitcom , a company that has lots and lots of issues , issues about nothing. It’s a training company.

 

Your a well trained good little robot ... ricky racer really appreciates you. You might break minimum wage in a few more years.

 

Before I retired from UPS I was making just under $40/hr and they micromanage like crazy and have cams. Just because you don't like a few things doesn't mean they are that bad. Chill dude...it's the way the industry is going. If it works for someone that's fine, you don't need to pick on their pay like that...I'm sure I can do it to you right????? How's your pay, pension, and benefits? We're you able to walk away at 40 with a pension and go do whatever you want? Yea it's known as a started company and maybe not the best fit for you but #### dude.

It's a training company. When they realize you know how to do your job they leave you alone. If it's such a bad company that's why no one else can touch my .55CPM I'm making and beat the hometime package? Oh and name one trucking company that's paying address to address? All I've done here is my job. Nothing more and nothing less. The only ones complaining are the ones who would complain at other companies.
