So if it was idling when it started a regen, just means that Auto Elevate feature is set so it does a regen automatically when parked.
Just leave it alone, should go back to normal in 20 or 30 minutes.

    mhyn Thanks this.

It's the Auto Elevate. That's what the new trucks do. My 2017 truck would do it every 6 hours of parked idle time. My 2020 does it, I have not timed it yet to see if it still every 6 hours.

I had a 2011 truck and you would wake up in the morning and the Regen light would be on. It could not do automatic Regen. So they fixed that, now the computers do it. You probably never to manual regen. I think the computers do it sooner because now it only takes 20 minutes. A manual Regen used to take like 45 minutes. It's probably better on the DPF to just do it every 6 hours of idling vs waiting till the drives wakes up and doing it manual.

nobody says you are an idiot. you don't know how system works. go to service and pay them if you want ))) ...
there is nothing wrong here. You will see high boost when doc inlet and dpf outlet pressure difference is high... Like people mentioned above it's Auto Elevate feature kicked in. do you know what is Auto Elevate ?
