I had the can sitting around extra from the turkey chilli. Don't usually add it into the jambalaya but they seem to pair pretty well!RoadRooster, paul_4lp and mitrucker Thank this.

I like taking leftover Zataran's, frying it up til the rice is just north of burning, and drop in a couple cackleberries over easy or scrambled. Nummy!hollywood76, RoadRooster and paul_4lp Thank this.

Can not begin to describe how much I hate the calexico yardpaul_4lp, hollywood76, RoadRooster and 1 other person Thank this.

You know I hated the old yard with a passion. And would think, this is the worst yard ever and how we needed a new one. This new one..it gets on my nerves to no end. I've done blind side backs that stress me less than the new Calexico yard.paul_4lp and RoadRooster Thank this.

the guy at the gate got upset the other day because i didnt pull up far enough so he didnt have to walk so far to see the seal. he said i need to pull up farther. since i am an ####### and i didnt like his attitude, i said maybe he needs to do a better job of putting signs out.paul_4lp, hollywood76, RoadRooster and 2 others Thank this.

The really ridiculous part is. Those last few rows are NEVER FULL and with how tight all the spaces are. They could easy chop off maybe 3 or 4 trailers off the end of each row to spread out the spaces to be normal and safe and it wouldn't even affect them. That drop yard is quite literally a recipe for disaster...
In other news.... My smart drive recorded me following someone too close after they cut me off and I didn't decide to slow down sooo ehhh not feeling too great.... And at a weight station a truck waiting in front of me let go of his break and his truck rolled back almost an entire cars length and I had to slam on my horn and he didn't stop until maybe an inch from destroying my whole front end.... My blood pressure is not in a good place todaypaul_4lp Thanks this. -
Yeah we've been there twice and the first time they lost our bills, dude at the yard was acting like it was my fault they were missing. Joplin tried to get me to roll without them. Haha that didn't happen, I sat at that USA truck stop for 10hrs until they could find a copy of the bills and fax them to me.paul_4lp, hollywood76, subseaguru and 1 other person Thank this.
