Your carrier needs to DataQ this and support it with adequate documentation. Then say a lil prayer and hope the agency that wrote the violations doesn't double down on their lie. Either way, the people that matter agree with your logbook compliance. Let them handle it and carry on.
Far as the left lane violation is concerned, that's on you. Very few places I've ever seen where traveling the left lane when there's more than two lanes is legal, never mind the fact you're sticking out like a big inspection target by doing that.
I received a 14 hour violation, but there’s only one problem.........

DataQ is a joke. I received an OOS a few months ago for not wearing my glasses while driving. The problem is, I was wearing them. DOT stopped me on the scale and asked for my license. Took off my glasses to dig my license out of my wallet an hung them around my neck. DOT saw me do that and still wrote the ticket. Lied through his teeth and DataQ sided with DOT.

Maybe I am wrong. I would be the first to say so. That 10 hour sleeper time pretty much gives you a new 11-14 working day into the next evening.Tb0n3 and Powder Joints Thank this.
