Favel Transport

You guys are crazy , I made bank when I worked there as an o/o hauling b train hoppers.
They always helped me out however they could. For every operator with a bad experience there are 100 with good ones.

It's true , I know one guy ( won't say names) with a black volvo hauling company wilson's and he's been there for like 10 years and he has no problems. My truck was falling apart every month costing me like 10 G and I still came up ahead. They even gave back my holdbacks after i couldn't fulfill my contract dude to busted equipment and they made me a company driver and i continued to make mad money.
Theres other perks to working there that people don't consider , like their political and social influence in the brokering circles. When you roll hoppers for Favel then you don't need appointments because all the shippers and receivers love them. They roll with big time brokers and you dont do alot of farm pickups.

Who has 3 trucks of their own with no customers or business of their own? Starry eyed aspiring o/o's with dull pencils wont make it anywhere, especially pulling grain trains. They are experiencing exponential growth and need help. They pay a huge % of loads and cover all the expenses up front. They pretty much hold your hand like company driver. If people are on the verge of bankruptcy then why did they not pullout earlier? Favel can't read your mind, if you don't quit then they must assume that you're doing good.

 

Please go on about their “political and social influence”.

So Favel is sooooo big they dont have a dedicated customer base and according to you rely on brokers? Did I read that correctly?!

 

Dude I'm not talking JGL I'm talking Wilbur Ellis and they don't just rely on brokers they roll directly with all the bigs.

 

It just goes to show.....your mileage may vary...
