Any time you drive when invalid the state will break you. And keep breaking you until you pretty much have nothing for a while.

Worst case scenario outrageous driving disrespecting your own suspension might turn into a outright Revoke which is really bad.

If you refuse and continue to drive then it's prison possibly.

Do you have a Class-C now? If so, you can drive a non-cdl truck.

I'm not gonna insult you because you got a DWI- Stuff Happens-And you got caught Loaded and driving-

What I am going to Grill you on is the Fact that you make it sound like a Joke and your untouchable.........Then you drive the bosses truck with a suspended CDL- You coulda got Him in trouble too- You do realize that??

You shoulda been up on the Roof throwing squares with your white hoodie on waiting for your CDL to become Active again...

I had roof replaced over spec and beyond code. The original Boss who is in charge of sales and so forth asked me if I had a problem. I say no, I am a homeowner and this house is above code where possible. 130 mph shingles etc. I paid a little extry for the good work to be put on. I had to stay with the crew up there for half a day until I was satisfied despite their use of banned (By their boss) spanish that the work was being done in a acceptable to me quality if not beyond.

Arkansas is littered with people who will not lift a finger and heft a little more stuff to make something beyond just good enough (For the code enforcement in my area...) So I find those who understands what we require and likes our money.

I do not have to stand over 8 people to make sure the work progresses. They called me diablo gringo. Sheesh...

And checked the land around the home for nails.

I would be very surprised if the state gave a valid anything. Some I think do not have a hardship act for those who continue to and is documented to be caught driving on invalid, etc.
