My right rear outside tire wears faster than the inside one every time. I thought maybe it was a bad tire or the pressure was mismatched for too long on my last set of tires but this set is doing the same thing. What would cause this? Thanks in advance.

Possibly got the lightweight axle, so you are getting axle flex would be my guess.
Consult Mike Beckett at MD Alignment for a definitive answer.

I see steel inner and aluminum outer. Is this the only position with the outer wearing faster is on the RR? All the other three the same with steel inner and aluminum outer?

Rotate the wheels to a different position and see if it moves.

I have rotated them and it did to the last set of tires it’s the same axle.

Wouldn’t it happen to the other side also? It’s only the one side.
They are all steel inner and aluminum outer. It’s only the RR. This is the second set of tires and rotated it stays with the RR.

Right Rear axle always gets the Brunt of the Storm- I Think your ok......

Thats why the Right Rear Wheel seal is the first to go- Old Mechanic Buddy from the 80's told me this....

That would make sense if both tires were wearing faster but it’s only the outside tire.
