ya know, maybe the DOT, and FMCSA, or anyone else, ought to enact a law that all CDL vehicles be equipped with that ignition locking device that you have to blow into, to start up, that some people MUST HAVE in thier vehicles now.

and maybe devices in the truck(s) that sense swaying and erratic driving and de-power the trucks, forcing these jerks (hopefully) to pull over.

i'm telling you people, this crap ain't never gonna end.

it's NOT going to get any better out there.

ya'll better "buckle up" for the crap storm coming.

For what it's worth, over 4500 pilots with dependency problems have been through treatment and put back into the ####pit. Should we make all pilots blow into a tube before start-up as well?

Provided those treatments include replacing the massive receptor loads with a medicine to permit the human to reestablish contact with ordinary body senses and functions. If you took a drug away from a addict, the brain builds huge numbers of receptors while drugged to retain control of the body. Take away the drug, the person is now hypersensitive to EVERYTHING around them. No sleep no temperature control internally and other issues that can end their life if serious enough.

I have been through Medical detox and broke stroke level BP and other problems for a week. That was all I needed to go home and not have any medicine at all for three months while the Hospital system worked on a better referral.

My last appt last week I was asked a trick question if I wanted oxy, I told doc whats matter with you, have you forgotten so easily that oxy is on my list of banned medicine? As a allergen or poison? Hes required to ask some sort of question to trap me in addiction (If any) with my own words to yes or similar answers. thats his job. It is my job to make sure that whatever medicines I am on and whatever treatments I am taking is in order and not out of control or otherwise a problem. I will be finished with all that lord willing after a very important test day on Nov pending.

The correct treatment to settle the body and mind down, then fix the issues that drove it and know that these pilots generally under our War on Opiate systems of monitoring and enforcement will not be on any more of those medicines or drugs. Thus they can go fly and be happy and productive.

Pain management by itself is flawed structurally. Has been since the Perdue problem pushing a culture of its ok to dump life ending pain medicine onto millions of people. Since the '1996 era. I am one of those who are adapting to CBD and other things that don't require pain pills. Its a slow process. One that will allow me to work again if successful.

There are 16 pain medicines available to doctors to use. But in my case that number has been reduced to 6, 4 can be used at home, two only in the hospital situation. The other 10 are considered same as poison to me. And the body will try to hurt itself either through stroke or stopping of breathing leading to death. Ive been involved in this racket 15 years and I made the decision this year after some successful surgeries that enough was enough and it will be stopped.

There is a awful lot of money flowing to that clinic every month. Its disgusting. Last week, billed 860 for a massive enforcement type drug screen and panel, billed 300 for certain aspects of my visit and billed a 45 dollar copay. Everything else goes to the clinic. That too will be stopped.

When you go see a doctor to fix a ow. And it is fixable by healing or some other repairs etc alls well. But when you are addicted and keep going back to the crack dealer to get more.... then the entire medical system as they call it is no longer a valid or acceptable system. I am saving my own life by possibly going back to work and leaving that part of medicine behind because it is no longer medicine. It is enforcement now in that office.

The State House by passing certain laws recently has been more than successful. But for every one of me who get better. There are hundreds if not thousands at home who have nothing. And death will come for them soon enough.

Flying by itself is a joy, to leave the earth and its problems for a while. For the 4500 pilots to feel strong enough to get back into it? More power to them.

    F***** idiot!!
This is one of the reasons why Indiana is cracking down on trucks-as if they didn’t have enough truck accidents to deal with already- and not too far from the construction zone and the Seymour scales!

Can we take a moment to appreciate that the autocensor blocks out the name for the part of the plane where the pilot sits because it detected a synonym for male anatomy in it?

I usually add to the word count to get around the censor.

####pit = A manned forward compartment filled with pretty things to touch and move while you think you are executing the duties of piloting a plane.

See all those words whoo hoo... he he he. /TEASE...
