Better planning solves that. I haven't parked on a ramp or trespassed on private property to sleep in over a decade.
But hitting the shoulder of an on ramp to check your securement before getting on the big road? Parking on the street to make sure you can get in and out of a business or jobsite before pulling in and being stuck? This is a daily part of the job.
Having to call in every time you do this is like a carpenter having to call his office every time he needs to get his cordless drill out
