Ah, Dean. I suspected that's who you meant.

Mark Stearns made me Captain of the Trainers when he became the head of the training department a couple of years back. I insisted that he give it to Jeff Thomas, who I felt had much more experience. Jeff did it for awhile then moved on. In fact, at one point, Jeff and I were the only trainers.

Think Dean was on medical leave at the time this all happened. So yeah, Dean might actually have more time in overall at the company than I.

I'd like there to be a training program for the trainers, but it comes down to costs and time pressures.

Man, thinking back on it, all the people who've come and gone...

Thanks, I know he is. I just wanted to ask him a rhetorical question to see what new tall tales he'd spin.
In the short time between now and when we ban him...again...he might entertain us a little more with glimpses into his fantasy world.

like a driver has control over someone stealing a plate off a truck LOL.and who in the hell said we're not allowed to talk on the phone that is using a headset? and we're not allowed to do it but that means driver managers and anybody associated with Magnum LTD shouldn't be calling the drivers while they're driving.

 

They are ignoring it because you are coming off as such a nut - nobody believes you even if it is true, and quite frankly don't care. You obviously are getting something out of all this, maybe it just makes you feel better about you. whatever it is, glad I can help

they done their investigation and found out that the CSX worker was full of it, he actually lost his job and I was brought back on board. I'm good nice try buddy
