The other thing is, advertised payrate numbers are totally different from real world achieved numbers.
And example is Uzi vs. me; Our company payrate is higher than fedex, yet he's blowing me away in YTD numbers AND he's only been there a year AND the mofo gets to sleep 3 hours a night while waiting for loads!
At the same token there ARE other drivers at UPSF that WILL exceed 100K by a large margin.
That why everyone got to POST YO' CHECKS.

The DDI is in charge of everything related to training and they report to a regional training manager in addition to the terminal manager. It involves a lot of office work when there are no driver apprentice’s in the program. And they work a 4/10 schedule, so if the terminal is pretty relaxed about OT, they can come in on Friday and run a city route for OT.
The pay scale for driver apprentice is like that since they also have dock workers get that position. Full time dock workers are on the same pay scale (at least in my area) so it would be silly if they worked the dock for 5 years then took a $6 pay cut to go through the apprentice program.Northeasterner, archangelic peon and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -

That chart isn’t based off time IN a position, but based on your years of service to the company. A city driver with 6 years on his city board wouldn’t go to step 1 if he went linehaul.
