    What is this? It's a tank with a hatch on the front and top with contraptions all over the place. Is that a pump arm? I'm so confused! The driver was sleeping so I couldn't ask.

    It was parked at a cardlock in Tacoma, WA. I'm just confused on what it would be hauling or its purpose.

    Looks like a liquid spill recovery trailer, with it's own power source at the back, making it so heavy, requiring 3 axles. One thing for sure, it ain't cheap.

    Next time hose it down with fuel and light it on fire, then when its done being extinguished, yoh can ask him and also remind him not to park at the fuel island.
