Just spoke with the Roehl recruiter and apparently I will not qualify with my driving record. I’d need to wait until Jan 2020 when one of my violations is at least 3 yrs old.

So I’m still interested in Swift. What are some other decent companies I should consider that would accept me? I have not read good things about CRST or CR England

As I said previous, I've heard that Swift is running a better ship now 'merged' with Knight. I get these guys all mixed up, but isn't @Moosetek13 our resident Swift guy? (Forgive me if I'm wrong, I don't have a Terabyte rolodex brain like China, LoL....;) )

I could be wrong on this ALSO, but doesn't CRE team you, for quite some time? I'd DEFINITELY go with Swift were I in your shoes, and I've been driving for 20 ot years. Just MHO.

ps: No matter WHO you start out with, you will probably be the butt of a joke (or a video or 2) when you are new, solo, getting your 'feet wet,' per se. Get over it. Be you, do you. Captain your OWN ship, and ignore the naysayers. ALWAYS.

I can't say anything about pay or anything because I don't know but my neighbor drives for Stevens and has for years and he never said anything bad to me about it. He has a nice house and truck so I imagine he's at least making a decent living there.

I don't mean for this to be a hijack but I it seems a good a place as any since we are discussing possible companies. @Chinatown do you know anything about Lessors? I don't know anyone that works there but I see their trucks a lot and they look like they wash them every half hour. They are head turning nice looking going down the road.

One driver that used to post here has been there for years and said he has no plans to leave.
9 mos. experience required. One of the better refrigerated outfits from my understanding.

Yea I completely agree 100% I’m just saying people make it the cool thing to talk about swift even if they’re not doing nothing wrong but who cares (stick and stones).. I’ve heard and seen good about swift firsthand... cr England on the other hand I just haven’t and wouldn’t want this guy diving in a pit
