Thank you Radman, you actually answered a question I had for awhile, I was wondering why I went from .6150 to .6400 this last raise, the .250 applied to everyone apparently, also I wasn't sure what the new top scale was, .6800 or .6850.LtlAnonymous, Radman and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

My main reason for not posting paystubs, I am not a lawyer, but the language used in the last paragraph of this statement in our employee manual could mean anything as far as I am concerned, better safe than sorry.
Bob Dobalina, LtlAnonymous, Radman and 2 others Thank this. -
I'm quite certain my employer has something similar. I'm sure they have no problem with me talking about how much I love working here, but posting checks is another thing. LolBob Dobalina, Cardfan89, FlaSwampRat and 1 other person Thank this.

New England, within a hundred or so miles of Boston as the crow flies. That leaves a handful of terminals to choose from, suffice to say the Boston area terminals are all raising their pay because... The Boston area is expensive, and competitive!FlaSwampRat and LtlAnonymous Thank this.

Yep, I just don't think it's wise to do, besides I got nothing worth writing home about to post anyway, I am just shy of a whopping $59000 YTD as of right now, I saw what the others put up, I am getting my ### kicked right now lol, but hey that's systems/extraboard, you have good weeks and bad weeks.LtlAnonymous and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

I'm sure there's guys that make that much A lot of the drivers here at my terminal seem to make 16 or 17 a week gross, but I'm lazy and dont really wanna work more than 9 hours per day so I only gross 12 or 13 a week it seems.
if you're willing to work you can make 2 Grand...
UPS f is throwing a contract out the window because they're starting at 28 around here and that's what they have to start at. Look at the posters in this thread, 30 at Saia, 25 at xpo, 18 bucks just ain't going to cut itCardfan89, LtlAnonymous and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
Do you really think I'm going to bother to lie about making 12 or 1300 a week because I'm lazy and don't like to work more than 9 hours a day 5 days a week?Cardfan89, LtlAnonymous, FlaSwampRat and 2 others Thank this.

Wait you found a company that you can make a decent living at and only work ~45 hours a week? My god please share...money is cool but I’d rather have a life and budget
Also, you’re not lazy. Id rather work my ##* off for 8-10 hours than work 12-14 hour days for these companies. It’s about respecting our time. But they don’t lol plus there’s too many people willing to work that muchNortheasterner, LtlAnonymous, USMC 3531 and 1 other person Thank this. -
It was becoming really troublesome, finding drivers at my terminal. And then they had the idea to start moving the trailers with teams, and... well, there was no way to hire that many people offering $20 an hour.
I'm not complaining. I've benefited. LolNortheasterner and FlaSwampRat Thank this.
