Hi. Just started with a company. Their trucks are set at 65. Was wondering why some big trucks fly up on you and pass. Then ride next to as if they can't pass. Why??

A small tap on the brakes takes care of it. If they hop in front and cause a block, then the lawman will take care of them.

There is no telling how many drivers rage at the company governed speed. Sometimes in a much faster truck which is a problem.

Did they come flying down a hill with alot of gravity assist then the road leveled out so they slowed down??? Or were you loaded heavy and climbing a hill when they tried to pass you, then you gained your speed back at the top of the hill, to match thier speed???

Or are they makimg jestures at you trying to tell you some thing is wrong with your truck, trailer, brakes, tires, tail-lights, ect, ect...???

LOL. Really? Speed limit is 65 where I run daily.
They have a clear pass. Why would they be hanging out on my left for a couple of minutes?

I'm governed at 67 mph... I get passed by these faster trucks all the time... Then a few hours later the SAME EXACT TRUCKS are passing me AGAIN... Sometimes the SAME TRUCKS will pass me a 3rd time later the same day.

Last summer I had my doors blown off 7 times (always doing 5 to 15 mph faster than me) in 2.5 days by the same exact truck, a very nice KW with a one of a kind custom paint job... Turns out he was delivering to the same place I was... I beat him there by 25 mins.... Lol

That driver that passed you 7 times. Were they sitting real low in the seat, with a gear shift up by the ceiling?

bzinger, D.Tibbitt, autopaint and 2 others Thank this.
