Ive done high water. But that in the story is flat stupid.
The worst of it would be up by 287 in the region of Childress or Chillicothe maybe. We would have big storms to the north and the waters flow SW direction following the residental cross street right to left downhill with roaring torrents 3 feet at intersections. Even if I was in a big C500 I wouldn't try that. Wonder how those diffs are looking now that they've possibly taken on water?
