Hey Metalshadow. I have been here for almost a year now and I had been with six different companies in six years. I think I'll stay awhile here. We pull dryboxes and skateboards. The skate board pays better. My base rate is 47cpm plus 4cpm more for being long haul. I think its 55cpm plus performance bonuses every quarter. 1cpm each for miles over 30k/and safety bonus 1cpm if no incidents, accidents, hos violations, 1cpm for customer service 100 percent on time delivery, 1cpm for staying within 8 percent of out of route miles and adhering to fuel solutions.
What I like most about FCC is the culture. This is a very pro driver friendly company. It truly feels like a partnership here between drivers dispatcher safety folks, mechanics, recruiters office people. Definitely a first class company! You should average 2500 miles/week or close to. Good luck and hope to see you here!

I second what @gntorres61 said, FCC is top shelf in my book. If you go flatbed, they will train you (you will shadow another driver in your own truck for several weeks) they flatbed side pays .10 cpm more than the van side.Metalshadow Thanks this.

Dropped in Broken Bow, and hooked to a loaded trailer at the same customer going out to Redlands, California for Friday afternoon.

I’ve seen a few of less than great reviews about trucks being tampered with, is that really a thing?
Also, a passenger of age 22 and a cat, would they be able to come with?
How about lease purchase? -
Metalshadow, FCC has a no pet policy for company drivers. Spouses or immediately family member can ride. For your "passenger" you will have to get with safety to see if you can purchase a rider insurance plan. As to lease purchase, the runningman can answer that as he does that.
Metalshadow Thanks this. -
Thanks you -
Have to be a company driver for 90 days and run good then you will be eligible for lease purchase. There is a pet deposit and i cant think what it was. They do reimburse the deposit after the balloon pymt is made. I have little over 2 yrs left on my lease. I do like that even though company trucks dont have pets, they put kennels at both shops for the o/o pets while their trucks are being worked on.runningman0661, gntorres61, RoadCall and 1 other person Thank this.

As far as the trucks being “tampered with” that is complete and utter BS. Just a couple of disgruntled employees that failed at the LP and didn’t want to put the blame on themselves, so instead try and blame the shop of messing with their trucks. The shops and the powers that be have bent over backwards to fix any issue I’ve had with my truck.
As far as the Lease, I’m very successful. I put extra money away for maintenance, money away for a rainy day/vacation fund, and money aside for quarterly taxes. And I still bring home good money every week.RoadCall, gntorres61, Vic Firth and 3 others Thank this.
